They've always been professional and friendly towards me. Even humoring my love of smaller caliber weapons which usually gets snears from a few other stores. They were happy to discuss potential issues I had with my Beretta bobcat and offered to order replacement magazines for me when I mentioned having issues getting brand name mags.
The fact that they seem always happy to help me but not overbearing if I say I'm just there to look is nice. It's one of my preferred gun stores in my area.
